Sprawling across an area of 55 acres, it houses the memorial of the great leader of Andhra Pradesh, Late N T Rama Rao. The park was created by the Government of Andhra Pradesh with a lavish budget of 40 crores, in order to honor the respectable leader and Great Film star in Tollywood , Originally this place Hussain saggar Thermal power Station which was started by Nizam of Hyderabad in 1912, was the one of the oldest Thermal power station in India Which was supply power to Hyderabad city.
