It is located in a gigantic area of the south side of the city, where there are no buildings with more than two floors, as it is a protected area by the municipality. This gives the impression that we are not in the middle of a stone jungle, with very populated neighborhoods surrounding the entire area. The result is that, upon entering the JCB, the view of the surrounding Atlantic forest, on the hills that surround the south side of the city, as well as the wide sky that reveals itself without the frame of buildings, provide the visitor with the feeling that are not in town.
